We accept returns or exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Since everything is custom made, we can’t offer returns for size or change of mind. Please double-check sizing charts before ordering.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All items are made to order. Production takes 5–10 business days, plus shipping time depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Can I customize my order with my own logo or design?

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our production facility in Canim Lake,BC,Canada. We ship across Canada.
